Friday Fun Day!

Central Texas is known for it's laid back attitude, amazing food, great outdoor activities, and of course, live music! If you're new to the area, or a long-time resident just looking for some new things to do, look no further! I'll be highlighting some of Central Texas' best every Friday. So check in every Friday for "Friday Fun Day" and get out there and enjoy Central Texas!

This weekend:

Gruene Hall  - Texas' oldest dance hall located in the heart of Gruene, TX is always a happening place to be on Fri/Sat Night. This weekend Check out James McMurtry & Zach Walther Band! 

Music Under The Star (Free Event) - Bob Bullock Texas History Museum, Austin - Take a short drive to Austin to enjoy the last night of this fun, family event.  The Museum will be offering free La Sombra Tequila infused tacos, dessert and free Honest Tea while supplies last! Tacos, Teas, plus free live music under the Lone Star, can we get any more Austin than that?  In addition, guests are invited to explore the three floors of main Exhibits in the museum all for free! 

San Antonio Food Truck Showdown & Music Festival
One of the newest trends in the restaurant/food industry is food trucks...yes, food trucks!  With 28 food trucks featuring every kind of cuisine imaginable, this event has something for everyone.  In addition to sampling some of the best food-truck fare in the area, kids of all ages can enjoy moon bounces, climbing walls, booths, and even a mechanical bull!  14732 Bulverde Road, San Antonio, TX - Admission is Free!
